We take pride in providing fair assessments and competitive pricing with all of our services, which we will discuss below.
Idaho Asphalt Paving Services
For Idaho and much of the Western United States, we offer top-quality concrete, paving, and maintenance services for any project. We can tackle your job, no matter how big or small. We offer the following services:
Asphalt Slurry seal
Our slurry seal is the perfect product to cure old-aged, coarse, or rough asphalt. It is a mixture of mineral filler, asphalt emulsion, aggregate, water, and other additives. This type of sealant ensures a smooth, consistently uniform texture.
Onyx mastic seal for sphalt
Our onyx mastic seal is a mixture of asphalt emulsion, fine aggregates, polymers, recycled materials, and catalysts. It protects your investment, minimizes future maintenance treatments, and stays black longer.
Asphalt crack sealing repair
The process of crack sealing involves pouring an adhesive sealant into the cracks of a pavement surface. The sealant is a hot rubberized polymer that solidifies once cooled. Asphalt crack sealing is an economical way of maintaining and extending the life of asphalt services.
Asphalt seal coating
This is a high-performance modified asphalt emulsion that helps to protect asphalt pavement from water, UV rays, and normal wear and tear. It is usually sprayed or applied with a squeegee. It’s ideal for parking lots and roadways.
Asphalt paving
Asphalt paving is a mixture of recycled asphalt, aggregate, and oil. Its main use is the top layer of parking lots, roadways, and walking paths. Perhaps you’re wondering how much asphalt pavement costs compared to other types of road pavement? Comparatively speaking, it is a cost-effective way of installing and repairing roadways.
Asphalt patching
Patching asphalt is the technique of removing and replacing asphalt in a damaged area of a road or parking lot. If a section of pavement has potholes or many cracks, the area can be removed and replaced with new asphalt. In the long run, this can prolong the life of the asphalt surface.
Grading and excavating services
This is the process of building a strong, durable foundation for concrete or asphalt. During this procedure, we import the proper materials, set the right elevations, and finish the grading for the correct drainage or flow. Grading and excavating is a critical element of new construction and also fixes any current issues.
Concrete paving and maintenance
While being one of the most expensive road treatments, concrete paving is one of the most durable road surfaces. It lasts longer than asphalt and has a wide variety of uses. It is a more expensive investment, but concrete can cost less in the long run because of its strength.
Striping and marking
Striping is the process of applying high-quality traffic paint to asphalt and concrete surfaces. It provides direction and traffic control to parking lots, making paved surfaces safer. Our paint is formulated to dry in 15 minutes or less, making it an ideal product for parking lots, airfields, and roadways.
Our Recent Paving Projects
Nampa Cul-de-sacs
Recently, Morgan Pavement consulted with the City of Nampa to find a solution for some cul-de-sacs that needed a chip sealant. While the roads leading up to the cul-de-sacs were chip sealed, the same sealant was not an option for the cul-de-sacs. Instead, the city chose a Sealmaster product called Liquid Road to seal that section of the road. This consulting and chip sealing service was provided by Morgan Pavement and completed in July 2021.
Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Ontario Field Station
In June 2021, we completed a successful project for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. At their Ontario Field Station, we dug into the existing gravel parking area, installed drain boxes and piping, built the lot back up, and paved an asphalt parking lot. The rest of the location was graded to ensure proper flow and drainage.
Downtown Boise Micro-Surfacing for Ada County Highway District
In July 2021, we installed micro-surfacing on multiple roads in downtown Boise for the Ada County Highway District. Because of the busy nature of the area, all of this work was done at night to ensure safety for our team as well as less interruption for traffic flow.
